Agios Gordios beach guide
Agios Gordios is a long, wide beach of coarse golden sand on the west coast, framed by steep green hills. At its southern end, a tall rock pillar called Ortholithi rises out of the sea, and it's especially striking at sunset.
The water is clear and fairly shallow. Bars and family-run tavernas line the beach, there are sunbeds and umbrellas, and watersports are available. It was awarded a Blue Flag in 2026.
Agios Gordios is about 15–16 km from Corfu Town, a 30–35 minute drive through Sinarades, and buses run from the town.
