Wide sandy bay framed by green hills and dramatic rock formations, with great sunsets.
- Pelekas (Kontogialos)
Sandy beach below the hilltop village of Pelekas, lively with watersports and beach bars.

One of Corfu's most famous beaches: a long stretch of golden sand below green cliffs, lively in summer.
- Myrtiotissa
Beautiful, secluded sandy beach under steep cliffs, reached by a steep walk down.
- Ermones
Pebble bay at a small river mouth on the west coast, said to be where Odysseus met Nausicaa.
- Antipsos (Ermones)
Small sand-and-pebble cove tucked into the cliffs just north of Ermones, on the way to Gyali. It faces south, so it's calmer and a little warmer than its neighbours. Boat access only – the cliff paths above are dangerous.
- Gyali
Hidden pebble cove below the cliffs near Giannades – unspoiled and quiet. Most people come by boat taxi from Ermones; the path down ends in a steep rope descent.
- Rovinia
Stunning secluded cove near Liapades with turquoise water, reached on foot through olive groves or by boat.
- Liapades
Sheltered bay with clear water near Paleokastritsa, with sunbeds and a taverna.
- Paleokastritsa
Corfu's most iconic bay: small beaches below the monastery with turquoise water and boat trips to the sea caves.
- Alipa
Small beach by the harbour in Paleokastritsa, where boat tours to the sea caves depart.
- Limni (Liapades)
Twin-bay pebble beach on a narrow strip of land south of Liapades, like a small Porto Timoni. Reached by boat, or a short, steep path with steps from the road above.
- Iliodoros
Boat-only pebble cove at a small cape south of Liapades, with dramatic rock formations and clear water for snorkelling.
- Kolias
Secluded pebble cove below the cliffs between Liapades and Paradise Beach, only reachable by boat from Liapades or Paleokastritsa.
- Chomi (Paradise)
Known as Paradise Beach: a fine-pebble cove in a slot between towering cliffs, invisible from the sea until you're close. Boat access only.
- Stelari
The largest of the boat-only coves south of Liapades: pebbles and a little sand under high cliffs, with vivid turquoise water.
- Klimatia
Tiny pebble cove south of Liapades, 10–15 minutes down a track from the top of the hill, with very clear water and lots of fish. The access road is narrow and it can get busy.
- Agia Triada (Paleokastritsa)
Pebble bay in Paleokastritsa with crystal-clear, cool water, good snorkelling and boat rentals. Sunbeds are pricey, but there's a free section for your own gear.
- Kastelli
Tiny shingle cove west of Paleokastritsa, reached only by boat, with crystal-clear water that gets deep a few metres out. Great for snorkelling, less so for small children.
- Yaliskari (Pelekas)
Narrow sandy beach in a green bay just south of Kontogialos, below Pelekas, with a popular taverna of the same name and some sunbeds. Rocks at the water's edge – bring water shoes.
- Ampelaki (Paleokastritsa)
Small pebble cove on the west side of Paleokastritsa, next to Agios Petros, with very clear water and boats leaving for the sea caves.
- Mikro Stelari
The smaller sister of Stelari: about 230 m of sand and pebbles under the cliffs, facing southwest with little shade. Only reachable by taxi boat from Liapades or Paleokastritsa.
- Antipsos (Liapades)
Tiny sand-and-pebble cove right next to Mikro Stelari, separated only by a rock you can swim around. Very clear water for snorkelling; boat access only.
- Krouza
About 100 m of pebbles in a bay closed off by cliffs between Liapades and Giannades. No way down on foot – taxi boats run from Liapades and Paleokastritsa.
