Kalamionas (Kassiopi) beach guide

Kalamionas is the main beach of Kassiopi, on Corfu's northeast coast: a narrow strip of shingle and sand on the western side of the village, about 35 km from Corfu Town. Large rocks at the water's edge make water shoes a good idea.

The water is clear, and there are sunbeds and umbrellas to rent, showers, and cafés and tavernas along the shore. A road runs right behind the beach, so it's less private than the coves on the headland, but it's an easy swim if you're staying in Kassiopi.
