Petriti beach guide
Petriti is a fishing village on the southeast coast, about 30 km south of Corfu Town, with one of the largest fishing harbours on the island. A stone breakwater shelters the bay from the northwesterly winds.
The small beach just south of the harbour has shallow, calm water. The seafront tavernas specialise in fish and seafood from the local boats.
There are few shops or tourist facilities, which keeps Petriti quiet. Boukari, a similar fishing hamlet, is about 3 km up the coast.
